Phil Thrasher

Phil Thrasher is a Recruiting Industry executive with over 22 years of experience that includes: Technical and Non-Technical Recruiting, Sales and Marketing, Accounts Management, Sales Management, Budgeting and Procurement, Human Resources Management, and Social Media expertise. 

Phil’s work experience includes working for national/international staffing companies, small/local staffing/IT service firms, and regional recruiting companies. His clients include customers in both the Commercial sector and the Federal/Government sector. Additionally, Phil Thrasher’s clients have varied in size from national/international Fortune 50 accounts to small/local customers. 

While most of Phil Thrasher’s sales and recruiting experience has been in Information Technology, in recent years, he has gained excellent experience and expertise in the engineering, financial, light industrial, and administrative arenas.

Phil Thrasher has lived in the Birmingham area since 1985, graduated from the University of Alabama in 1997, and currently resides with his wife and 3 children in Alabaster, AL where his wife, Jenny, is a teacher at Meadow View Elementary School. When he’s not helping his client find qualified resources for their teams, Phil spends his free time in his vegetable garden and supporting his children in their sports and activities. The Thrashers cheer for the University of Alabama football team on Saturdays and attend the Church of the Highlands at the Alabaster campus on Sundays.
